Office Hours:

Dr. Patel sees patients Monday through Friday, by appointment only. In occasional extenuating circumstances, weekend appointments may be arranged.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please provide at least 48 hours notice, if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, in order to avoid incurring the regular fee.

Privacy Policy:

Our office respects the privacy of our patients and their rights to confidentiality of, and jurisdiction over, their own medical information.

Financial Policy:

Our office is unable to accept insurance or other third party payers. However, we do provide fully itemized and coded receipts, to help facilitate our patients' filing of their own claims, for out-of-network benefits.

Fees are due at the time of service. The less time we are required to spend in administrative matters, such as billing, the more time we are able to dedicate to actually serving our patients.
