Office Hours:

Dr. Patel sees patients Monday through Friday, by appointment only. In occasional extenuating circumstances, weekend appointments may be arranged.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please provide at least 24 hours notice, if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, in order to avoid incurring the regular fee.

 

Privacy Policy:

Our office respects the privacy of our patients and their rights to confidentiality of, and jurisdiction over, their own medical information.

 

Financial Policy:

Our office is unable to accept insurance or other third party payers.

Fees are due at the time of service. Currently, we are able to accept cash/checks only. The less time we are required to spend in administrative matters, such as billing, the more time we are able to dedicate to actually serving our patients.
